SUMMER MUST HAVES
As we finally head into Summer 2018, we wanted to share three of our favorite MUST HAVE ITEMS for sprucing up your summer wardrobe, focusing on weekend gear for all things out of the office. Whether it is a beach day, picnic in the park, late lazy brunches or a full on vacation somewhere amazing, these hero pieces will have you making lots of plans pronto, so you have somewhere to wear your new swag!
1. Bamboo/Straw/Raffia Bags:
All the fashion insiders have gone gaga over super cool brand Cult Gaia, which has led the way in making this trend impossible to miss this season. Check out this brand’s famous bag, the “Ark” in all its glorious iterations that I am truly drooling over. Hint to the hubby if you ever read this, wink wink, my birthday is coming soon. 2. Gingham
So on to that “picnic in the park” I referenced above. Gingham is always a quintessential look come summer, but this year it seems to have been modernized versus the typical fifties pin up girl look. Whether it is being used on newer, sleeker silhouettes or showing up in other fresher color combos other than the typical red/white, black/white combo, we urge you to get something “gingham” for the Summer of 2018.

3. Belted Bathing Suits
This is definitely a big trend in the bathing suit world. In particular, the brand, Solid & Striped, has a style called “the Nina” that is just so perfect in every way. Also, Blogger extraordinaire Danielle Bernstein of @weworewhat came out with Onia x We Wore What and all the styles are more fab than the next. From solid to striped to gingham and polka dots; offered in an array of colors and of course belted, we are really crushing on this collab and cannot wait until they restock as most items sold out fast. Also, word on the street is that the fit is really flattering.
